What will you do

Handle a high volume of customer conversations via email, live chat, and social media while providing timely, professional support.
Help retain customers by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and identifying the best solution for every situation.
Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards to ensure consistent support.
Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and share knowledge.

Applicant requirements

Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
Previous experience in customer support, retention, or another customer-facing role is an advantage.

Salary

Depending on your experience and qualifications salary up to 2000 EUR Gross, and even higher with other bonuses.
